Default setting is Power Saving Feature On,
Active 100% Power Consumption
Idle 80% Power Consumption
Suspend 20% Power Consumption
Power Down 7% Power Consumption
Software is included for User settings.

Cooling

The cooling system keeps the Hard Drive at an even temperature of aprox 20 to 25 Deg C.
The Water Cooling system cools the TEC Module which inturn cools the Internal Enclosure housing the Hard Drive.

Fire

  • Designed to give minimum of 2 Hour Fire protection.
  • Multi Layered Insulation for greater protection.
  • Multi Layered design produces a drop in Temperature for the Hard Drive for aprox 45 minutes after a fire breaks out.
  • Hard Drive is completely sealed.
  • System is automatically protected in fire, with no shutting of valves and air inlets before protection activates

Water

  • Hard Drive is completely Sealed
  • 3 Sealing Points within Enclosure
  • Can be immersed in water indefinitely

Security

The Hard Drive is completly sealed inside the Enclosure, the Outer Case is securly sealed and Riveted. This gives a very good deterant to tampering requiring aprox 35 rivets to be drilled before entry is gained inside the Outer Case.

Can be connected to Computer with extension USB2 cable which means it can be in a out of view place and Backing up main Computer System.

  • Layers of Insulation also give Crush Protection
  • Protected from Crushing by the design of the Enclosure in general and specifically the Internal Enclosure
